Just curious if there are any in either of these two cities. I am a 25 year old male moving from Maine in a few months. I don't gamble on sports a lot, just for fun some

Mike,

I don't have much interest in gambling, but there are a few casinos in the area and I am told that gambling occurs at these places.

It is possible to find many people who operate independently from casinos, who are willing to take bets on the outcomes of sporting events, but based upon the information I know about you, I would stay away from these people if you enjoy not having your legs broken.

Yeah I would for sure stay away from those people haha. Just wondering if there was a nice little casino where you can watch games and drop 50 on a game right there.

Ha! I think you'll find what you want at the Casino in Coconut Creek. I have never been, so maybe I'll go check it out for you and enjoy their $4.95 breakfast buffet at the same time.

Is Coconut Creek near downtown Fort Lauderdale and/or Hollywood?

It is generally around a 30 minute drive, but I guess it is up to you to determine if that is close or not.
