Congratulations. HI Safety is usually my first choice. David Smith is the owner and he also lives in Cooper City. If you hire him, tell him Rana Kumar (Island & Resort Realty) said hi

Welcome to the neighborhood.

Who would everyoen recommend for Home Owners Ins, and what should I be looking at as far as $$. The current owner said she pays $2100/month with Farmers. The property has a brand new roof, is a single story, has an updated wind mitigation report, Hip roof, no shutters, built in '86. Concrete block construction. I will be having my ADT security system reinstalled in new home.

I have also found that the highest rated Inspection Company per Angies List is U-Save Insurance Inspection, and Hi Safety First. Any other recommendations. I will have a 4 point, wind mitigation, termite, and thremal imaging inspection done.

This is our first home, so we are very new to all of this. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
Even though the roof is new I would still get a roof inspection.
