I hope I've helped.
Has it even been built yet?

I'm looking to move to the area and was hoping you could help me with my rental options. I'm a single guy, looking to rent a small studio apartment as near central Ft. Lauderdale and the ocean as possible. I'd be willing to move north or south of Ft. Lauderdale if necessary to be able to find a place near the water. I don't have a ton of money to spend. What would I be able to find for about $1000 / month?

Thanks so much for your help!
I had a friend that lived directly across from Ft. Lauderdale beach (just south of Sunrise on A1A) and paid about $950 for a 1/1. The apartment itself was nice and newly renovated, but the building was small and a little rundown. He found the apartment on Craigslist. This was also 3 years ago, so prices could have changed a bit since then. I also have a friend who lived in Las Olas last year, just west of the bridge, and paid $900 for a studio. It wasn't as nice, but it was close to everything. He found that one using a broker.
