Old thread. I find it funny though that the measure of the quality of shopping in U.S. metro areas is Whole Foods?

I am not a whole foods Guy. Prefer the Canes to the Noles. char-hut to Five Guys. Brews Room to Hooter's or Buffalo Wild Wings. Although I prefer Wegman's to Publx. Not much of a shopper either. Food and Night life of South Florida blow the DC area Food nightlife out of the water. No comparison.

I would agree with nightlife. But food? No way. I've visited DC a number of times. Their quality of food blows away South FL. South FL really only excels in Latin cuisine. Everything else I'd give the edge to DC.
