Hi everyone,
I currently live in Coral Ridge Isles and we have to move by the end May 30th. I work in Delray beach and my husband works in Fort Lauderdale (close to home) we also have 4 year old and we are so busy apartment hunting has become a nightmare. Can someone give me an idea of what area to look into that's further north but not too far north since my husband works in Fort Lauderdale and is family friendly and low crime? Also, we don't want to be too west of I-95 either. We are looking for a 2bd or 3bd and 2 baths apt/condo/villa/townhome type of place. Any suggestions are welcome. Thank you

Do you want one of you to be close to work and the other to have to do the whole commute or split the difference? Are you planning on putting your child in public school for kindergarten? If you'd like to split the commute and do public K, I'd look at east Boca - the elementary schools are good and it's a great, safe area with lots to do for young families.

Thank you so much, yes we are looking to split the commute. I'll check out Boca, what do you think about Deerfield beach?

Price range would help before anyone can honestly recommended area for you > the amount you want to spend will dictate where & size available for you & family. Also having only a 4 yo only does schools matter yet?
