I have seen the polls about the governor race in Florida and I really would like to read what some others think about the fact that the current governor has had the lowest approval ratings of Florida residents since he took office of any other governor in the U.S. but now he's running neck and neck with his opponent. What is suddenly blinding Florida voters about the really poor job the current governor has done since unemployment rates can't be used to determine if a governor is doing his job since the only unemployed people counted by the government in Florida are those receiving unemployment benefits after being fired or laid off from a full time job that they've worked for over a year.
Unemployment benefits are not paid to part time workers who get laid off so they aren't counted as unemployed, nor are people counted as unemployed who are still looking for a job after their unemployment benefits ended after 6 months so how does one really determine how many unemployed are here in Florida? And what about people getting out of high school or college as we constantly read about how can't find jobs yet are not considered to be unemployed because they haven't held one?

In recent years we have seen how some politicians literally ran their states into the red. We are happy to support Scotts ability to hold the line on expenditures.

Default Scott Costs Florida Jobs

Governor Scott cost Florida jobs and has helped to keep America dependent on foreign oil when he nixed the high speed rail system that would have started to re-connect Florida cities like they used to be by rail so that people could take a train to their destinations instead of polluting Florida's air driving everywhere and he wasted state funds by filing lawsuits against Obamacare and he has further wasted state funds by instructing his attorney general, Pat Bondi, to fight the ruling that overturned the ban on Gay marriage, which other states have passed and seen an increase in revenue when Gays applied for state marriage licenses.
Governor Scott cut working people out of jobs but he didn't cut what the state spends on other things.
