Love this place that is referred to as "Venice of America", with all of its canal waterways.

Love the nightlife spots and Beaches from Jupiter Island all the way South to Key Biscayne

Love the weather

Love the restaurant variety

Love the shopping outlets

Love that new things are always opening up

Great resorts, golf, tennis, spa treatments

Swimming year round

Melting pot of people ...from Latin America, Quebec, UK, Jewish awareness "Sephardic immigrants from Israel and Ashkenazi European as well as the ones from up north who bring down kosher delicatessens to Fort Lauderdale-hollywood area - matzohball soup, kreplach, ruggalach, Rachels, Cornbeef, pastrami, hummus, New York rye, noodle pudding, potato knish, latkes, laks, blitzes, babka, borsch, Apple strudel, bagels with white tuna fish, potato salad,Napoleon, cel-Ray soda, eggclaire".

So many things to do, even Ice skating rinks they have

All of the above plus I love the new FREE water trolley. South Florida to me is paradise with always something to do day and night.

I Love that we can swim all year long! Great exercise.

Love the opportunities to try different cultures. Especially the foods.

Glad that Central A/C helps with the outside heat during the summer/s months.

Enjoy the warm not so humid months with little to no rain.

Love that there is a good variety of housing that is mot available here up in the north.

Regarding north...at least So. Fla does not get the freezing cold & blizzards we get here up north in the winter months.

Probably reason why it is more crowded there in the winter months with us northerners as well as the Canadians.

We all comedown not just for the weather...but for the beauty that is So.Fla.

Finally if anyone wants to try living elsewhere than lets say NYC area or Canada.

Give it a whirl & honestly report back as to how you felt there?
