Yes, I totally agree with this

I like Weston because it's surrounded by the everglades on two sides and surrounded by horse ranches (Davie, SW Ranches) on the other two sides. Parkland is a nice little spot within the suburbia. Both have an advantage in that sense of being surrounded by nice areas and not just being "enclaves".

Weston is a great community but it feels a little far away from the action. I have some good friends living there and they love it. A great community for families. Overall, very well organized, well communicated with large roads and highways and a very low crime rate. When I was there people was friendly and it feels like a small town but with the infrastructure of a larger city. Nice place.

You really cannot lose with either Parkland or Weston .... Cooper City and Coral Springs have nice areas ... but neither is Parkland or Weston .

I would also recommend Wellington in Palm Beach County ... very Parkland and Westonesque !!!

Smile Weston or Parkland?

I live in Boca Raton, however, I have lived here a long time and know both areas. I have several clients in both areas and know of no complaints. If you were going to commute to Miami, you might want Weston over Parkland.
Both have beautiful areas and deserve a look.

Good Luck!

cooper city is the most afforadble of them all. I grew up in cooper/pembroke pines, my aunt lives in parkland and all my friends live in weston. either one would be a good choice. what i like about weston are the shopping centers, they are so pretty and everything there is so clean, the streets are really wide, it is like its own little world. everyone is clicky and rich but for the most part people are friendly. I wish I could live in either one really.

I live in Weston and I'm not "cliquey" and although I make a good income, I'm far from "rich". I have found Parkland to be very cliquey though. Cooper City is down to earth (especially by South Florida standards), middle American, and I included it because it generally has the best schools (no overcrowding).
