Does anyone know of any roller hockey leagues in the area? I'm just moving from Atlanta and will be living in Victoria Park and working in Plantation so the closer to those two areas the better. If anyone knows of anything let me know.

Maybe someone else can chime in, or a Google search. But I can tell you we have very active ice hockey leagues here if that interests you. I played for years and may start again soon. Keep in mind that Florida gets a lot of rain and it's sporadic, so skating outdoors on a schedule isn't ideal. I think they repurposed the rinks in Davie as nobody was using them.

I did a lot of Google searching and the only stuff I could come up with was in West Palm Beach. Not sure if I want to drive that far to play. I haven't had ice skates, pants, and shoulder pads in a long while. I also was never really good at ice skating. Haha. But it looks like I might have to invest some time into getting better at ice skating and just go that route.

We have a lot of rinks in Weston, but I don't know anything about the leagues.

Either way I'm sure you will find something. They have open skates/pick-up games at the ice arena's all the time. People of all skill levels go and have a great time skating together. Give it a shot!
