I need help finding a family friendly area with Baptist church, swimming team, A rated schools, and safety. I have looked but need to find an area with dockage. Need some family friendly advice.

With dockage? Good luck :/. Seriously, most of the dockage is located in the less family oriented areas in the eastern part of the county. The only area you might find something close to what you are looking for is in Boca Raton but you need a boatload of cash. If you would be wanting to look into private schools though, you broaden your criteria significantly.

Cooper City is a great area but yeah, no dockage. There are some sections of east Plantation with Intercoastal/Ocean access canals that might be more family oriented than other areas where you could find dockage.

If you aren't willing to do the private school route, there are quite a few excellent magnet school programs offered by the county that you can try to apply for no matter where you live. It's just that most of the more family centered pockets that are further east tend to be wealthy areas where families skip over the public school option all together since they want the best, so in some cases you get less involved parents and therefore worse public schools.

Or you could always look at the "typical" places to look like Cooper City, Weston, Coral Springs, Parkland, Davie etc and dock your boat at a marina out east. But I'm not sure if that's an option. I also have no clue what your housing budget is, but if it's in the luxury end of the market you could look into east Boca Raton...
