Congrats! I know a couple of people who went there and were happy with the results. Very nice neighborhood too.

Do you have a realtor?

Hi Ruski, I work directly with the listing agent. It's cheaper.

Hello blueherons,

yes, I know and I love this neighborhood. However, I would like to have a little boat in front of my home. It's why I'll choose rather a Las Olas Isle ... Thanks!

There is plenty of waterfront not on the isles. You know that right?
