East of 95? Not likely, maybe some pockets around Croissant Park or Poinciana Park, but very small. You should look at Davie or Plantation. Still these areas are quite diverse compared to SC and GA.

The reality is Broward is not like the true American South anymore, and hasn't been for a long time. Most neighborhoods are pretty diverse, though there are still some predominantly White ones, just not necessarily "old Florida" or Southern type White people. A lot of the White people in FLL are northern transplants.

Midwesterners aren't southern. There is a huge difference.
