So you live in an exclusive waterfront neighborhood where people leave shopping carts all over the place including your yard, and people are cramming 20 to a house? OK, sure.
Yes, it's true. That's why it takes to hispanics to pay the high prices we have here. Directly behind my house, there is an entire family living in a converted 1 car garage. I finally found them leaving the shopping cart on my property in my circular drive. I asked her not to leave the cart on my property and she started cursing me out "in Spanish." I called the police and that took care of that problem. Now I have to work on the roosters living down the street. And yes, hispanics are 99% of the problem down here.

I think their needs to be room for the middle class. Also, they need to create more 12 to 15 dollar per hour jobs that don't require a degree and years of education. Alot of people leave since they can't find jobs whether they're educated or non-educated. South Florida never really had a great economy, mostly tourism based which is basically alot of lower paying jobs. SF needs more of a corporate surrounding as well.

This place is very suitable for the elderly or even for a established family but not for new grads or people looking to change things around for the better.

It's a mixed bag.
Some racist, not all on this forum are so. Just look at the last 20 posts.
Immigration is a problem, but those that think they'll find nirvana by moving to West Virginia will get there just deserts.

How can this be racist if I'm stating FACTS that are happening all around me in an all Spanish neighborhood. Drive by and see for yourself what has happened here over the last few years. It's appalling. I no longer live in the USA, I live in Guatamala!

No but that neighborhood is just as bad, or worse than mine! That's the epicenter of hispanic migration for poor hispanics. The wealthy ones moved to Weston and the trashy hispanics moved to Chula Vista and destroyed the neighborhood is just a few years. The few English speaking Americans living there are scared for their lives and property, as they home values have plummeted due to the hispanic immigrants and their way of life.
