Hello did you know new / nice modern or luxury condos near beach for the price range 220.000 - 340.000 $ ?


I searching for 1 - 2 Bed near Ocean, Builing should not older as 10 Years

This isn't a real estate site so "searching for" won't get you anything. There are some in that range and less than 10 years old isn't realistic in the FLL market, imo.

All oceanfront, all less than 10 years old, all within your pricerange. Otherwise, I would suggest contacting a real estate agent. Also, realize the risk in ownership along the ocean.

You need professional advise from ,first a Realtor that knows the neighborhoods and will show you what's in you price range, THEN you need professional advise from a condo lawyer who will tell you what you risk. I know you had problems understanding my long post, no problem. But I was saying that it can be WORSE than you imagine.

You might have to move out if there's a hurricane and STILL PAY. The HOA is very important and a risk.
