You guys have good instincts -- if you needed to buy a house for your family, where would you buy right now? What area of Broward or South PBC would you go for? BTW, did you see the paper today and all the new Section 8 housing that will be mandated in Broward? Thanks for your honesty.

My cuz just bought a 3/2 SFH in foreclosure in Sawgrass Estates for 175K and is moving in today after having some "mold removal" done. Sounds low, but is it the bottom?

No doubt some property farther out could indeed be selling at or near its "bottom", fauve, but I'm looking close in and I know of one that sold to a European buyer at $5k off asking. Those type of comps are making my life more difficult.
