I've been searching for condos the last few months and it seems like every website I've seen has had at least 3-4 properties from 533 NE 3rd Ave. for sale.

Compared to others downtown its pretty cheap, does anyone know why there are so many people selling in this complex?? The link is posted below:

The link is gone by the moderator, but the address sounds like Soleil to me. The rap against it is that it is kind of lifeless.....every one keeping to themselves. Plus, the location, while 5 blocks from Las Olas is kind of in a temporary no man's land until the developers that own all the old buildings and shacks on 3rd and 4th going north to Sunrise decide to send in the bulldozers. If you plan on owning the place for another 5-7 years, you'll probably make a nice profit.
