short of a miracle from God or someone calling upon the power of Satan, nothing is going to "help" these over inflated home values.

As for another ice age, that's good news. Maybe we can actually get some seasons in south florida out of this.

Reminds me of the Russian university professor who predicted that the US will fall apart within the next ten years and be partitioned into four parts to be governed by China, Mexico, Canada and the EU. This guy is taken very seriously and has been in the Russian press quite a bit lately, especially given the current economic crisis (his prediction is actually based on an economic meltdown).

It goes without saying that Florida will be ruled by Mexico in his model. Of course, when that happens I'll be moving up one state to get my EU passport!
