I need some information on Victoria Park. We are looking at a house in the
400 Block of NE 11th AVE. I would like to hear from residents there and their opinion of that area I have a teenager and was wondering if anyone living there can comment on the safety of that specific area of Victoria Park. I have read of alot recent car burglaries in Victoria Park from the
police dept. Does the police dept. in the area respond quickly and do they
patrol the area. Any other comments from anyone familiar with Victoria Park would also be appreciated.

I don't know streets so well but that area is largely homosexual on the north side of the neighborhood. closer you get to Broward Blvd, the more families you run into.

Thats about all I know.

I will say that the place nice! Really nice home! But it is a quiet lay back and some people thier have alot o money! So maybe thier is a little of crime but after all this is the sunshine state right? If you want it better go to Weston Or Coral Spring or Perkland! Yes It's the best for teenager there....

West is better for teens. Coral Springs, Davie, Cooper City, Pembroke Pines, Sunrise.
The area you mention is ok & is patrolled regularly - I see the police pulling over cars all the time on Sunrise after 10pm going east off I-95, & I see them doing patrols around the blocks in teams with lights on or off depending on who they are looking for or what drug or theft operation they may be after. All that activity is west of Dixie Hwy & US 1 off Sunrise. Near the Galleria Mall is safer & up Bayview Drive is much nicer, right near a middle school. Where you're looking is near downtown (bars) and the beach (more bars). With a teen, I'd go west, at least to Coral Springs or if you can afford it, Weston. Best of Luck.

Thank you for your input on Victoria Park. It seems like a lovely place to live. I hope to get there soon.
