Can anyone give me names of the Sub-divisions in Weston that are gated??

any realtors????

If I have a list I can then do a search for rentals and purchases which would make my life so much easier...I do plan on calling a realtor once our plans for visiting are final..I at least made the reservation to board our doggie...

thanks again..Id like to stay between 350k and 400k

Most everything in your price range in Weston will be gated.

I have to say that I have been in both gated and not gated communities and liked both, but the gated did seemed better kept, but the ungated ones seemed to be more neighborhoodish. Does that make sense?

Yes, I agree that is kind of rediculous to say - virtually every community comes with amenities here, even the nongated ones.

My daughter sometimes I wish it was my son, since im finding so many more boys that age..lol who knows Chelsa, we might wind up in the same sub-division...

and my price range might go down after these expenses...LOL but its all good..my uncle who is only 10 yrs older than I lives in hillsboro Beach, which is outside of Boca, and said he is hooking me up with a great realtor...we shall see...

The Meadows

The Falls

The Lakes

North Lakes

Weston Hills CC ( Too pricey )

Savannah ( too large and crowded )

Captiva Cay

The Landings

Bermuda Springs

The Islands

All are beautiful .. although Weston Hills and The Landings will be out of your range .. you can find a lovely home in your range maybe even with a pool !!

I would avoid Savannah simply because it is way too large and crowded ... the other listed communities are very nice . I especially liked
The Meadows and The Islands .

Good Luck
