Hi Everyone,
I am in the process of looking for a dentist, orthodontist and a family doctor. Does anyone in and around Weston have any recommendations? The doctors do not have to be located in Weston. We will travel. I am looking for an orthodontist that can work with class III malocclusions (under bite) without breaking the jaw!
Thanks for your help

We have been using Pediatric Associates in Weston. My son is getting ready to have his braces off. We used Dr. Cronauer in SW Ranches. He was fabulous. We use Dr. Bayes as a dentist.

I just read your note again. Kaltman is an orthodontist. My daughter had two impacted incisors so we needed someone who was cutting edge (she needed chains attached to the roof of her mouth to bring them down into place). This is why we were forced to go with someone who didn't take insurance.

As a regular doctor we (grown-ups) use Brian Polner. He is the Chief of Internal Medicine at Memorial West. For pediatrician we use Theresa Santos in the Plantation Pediatric Associates. We ended up with her after floating through many doctors in Pediatric Assciates because my daughter has a complicated medical history. She seemed to be the only one up for the challenge (I think many of Ped Ass docs are overworked and simply dont have the time for a child who has a complicated history.)

Just bumping this to the top after that lovely visit from a realtor pushed all the current posts down.

Dr. Colin in Fort Luaderdale, on Bayview drive. He is good and professional. I do not know whether is does orthodontia, though. He was a very good dentist for us until we moved over a year ago. We never had the feeling he was taking advantage of us or overcharged us.
