Its a problem when neighbors have pitbulls (against HOA for obvious reasons anyway) and they dont have a leash. Or, when it's 92 degrees outside, with humidity hovering around 90%, and they keep them locked up in the garage barking. This has happened on more than one occasion. I dont know if it's a culture thing, but it needs to stop. Even though I am not a fan of pitbulls, it is unfair to be locked up in the FL summer in the garage.

Ok, I'm even more confused now. You live in Orlando, but want to go to Greenville? I'm just trying to understand.

Yes, I agree and you know what you should call animal control on those people. That is very cruel I wouldn't do that to any animal no matter what the breed. Hop, I have no idea what your race/ethnicity is but I'm hispanic and I tell you this only because a lot of people are under the misconception that a whole culture of people mistreat their animals are bad people up to no good (don't take that the wrong way, I'm not implying you did that, but I'm human and go through my own emotions, so I'm pretty in tuned with how people (including myself) think. What I have had to learn is that there are idiots in every race/ethnicity/creed. What you are missing is the common goal that everyone once had, which was raising your children in a safe area and being able to some what enjoy life without constantly looking over your shoulders. I promise you that most whites/hispanics/blacks/asians/indians, etc. want the same thing for their kids "better than what we had as kids", unfortunately, you get some bad in concentrated areas that push you towards an outlook you might not have otherwise had. The problem with the bad is that they are just so much louder and in your face than the good. We have to figure out a way to even it out.

The reason why I bring up ethnicity is b/c it has happened a few times, and yes actually, both households where the pitbulls not on leashes and out in the garage all day were Hispanic households. Maybe all coincidence.

I think it is a combination of the two. You know the whole "me, tough man, you soft woman" mentality, it speaks slightly to that. My stick is bigger than your stick type of thing. Trust me when I tell you that most hispanics are not like that. Quite the opposite, most of the time. We as a group of people have to learn to be more open minded about others. I know better, but people here would try to have me believe that most of the "caucasions" in the south live in trailer parks and have their cars parked on blocks. You and I both know that while there is some truth to that, the majority of people do not live like that. I think you get my point.

You are funny. I didn't meant to sound condescending, if that is how I came off - . You just have to be so careful what you say these days. Had I said "white people" there would have been 50 messages asking me to define what white people are, meanwhile we all know what I'm saying or at least trying to say.

I'm rockin on with my bad self

Haha, sorry, I posted the wrong chart! Florida isn't as highly ranked as South Carolina, but it's not far off. They're within 2 spots of each other overall. For elementary school, Florida is ranked higher.
