I am looking to bee in Ft. Lauderdale are for a period no longer than 4 months. I am looking to rent a place for around no more than $1200/month. I need the utilities included in the rent of a two bf room place. I have a wife and three kids. I recommend you talk to a real estate agent for this. Or try googling "seasonal rentals in Fort Lauderdale". I have a feeling you will end up paying more than that, since that is the most popular time to visit this area.

You could always rent at an extended stay motel for less than that price. You will have a tough time finding a 4 month rental that cheap though. Most places require 6 month leases minimum and charge higher rents the shorter the stay. You could try a private rental. Good luck.

That will be very tough to find. Your best bet is to rent privately and get a realtor to assist you. A rental community with full amenities will require 6 month minimums and will charge higher rent due to the shorter period of time.

Also, you won't find anything like that in Fort Lauderdale. Best bet is to look further west in some of the suburbs.
