I am looking to sell my a condo of mine to my son. I did not realize it is so difficult to get a mortage. The condo is in Coral Springs, however it is not FHA approved. Soooo, he would need 30% which is not bad since I am only asking 32000. However, the banks are so strict. They look at the foreclosure rate, delinquency rate, rental ratio and reserves. It seems like the condos that need buyers the most are not going to get them unless people can pay cash. Anybody know of any banks that might be a good one to get in contact with?

We are very happy with Wells Fargo, there is an office in Sunrise who we are working with. Great rates and excellent service. Our agent is David Berke, good luck. 954-236-7056. Hope this helps.
