This whole thread amuses me LOL

If a leaf falls in your yard, it's nature...if you throw something in someones yard, it's obnoxious.

Of course, no one is stopping you from taking a trimmer to it from your side of the fence...

Incorrect. People wasting the time of others with trivial issues such as being offended when someone puts something that they have zero responsibility for back into the hands of the individual who is responsible is truly contributing a great deal to society.

Just in case I lost you there, perhaps you should consider not wasting the time of others if you are not interested in hearing opinions that differ from your own.

this reminds me of when we lived up north. every autumn all the neighbors would get together on weekends with our dna testing kits to determine whose leaf fell into whose yard. fronds are so much easier to identify.

(just wait for a hurricane when tons of fronds from all over the neighborhood fall into the op's neighbor's yard. she'll have to get a dna test kit just to return them all)

Yes, beer for a "teachable moment."

I wanted to add after reading the comment about this being illegal, if it was not illegal to do this, condo commando would have already charged us or called the cops on us for having our tree hang over their pool. He has not so it might be illegal.

Hopefully you can work this out. Good luck.

Why bother bringing it up on here if you can't take the opinions given? And I'm sorry what's with the church thing, I've met plenty of people who regularly went to church and were still hypocritical and obnoxious.
