how much could someone expect to pay in any needed insurance for $75,000 condo?

Condo - you don't need flood insurance as long as your condo isn't located on the ground floor. However your mortgage provider will probably want proof of flood insurance from your condo association.

Condo / homeowners / storm insurance.... I can tell you for what I want covered it costs me $1,000 a year.

Don't forget a condo association has insurance on the outside of your building and roof etc. You should carry insurance for your personal belonging and anything inside the 4 walls of your condo......

Cost also comes into play depending on where you live as in close to the ocean etc.
