New fee's for vehicle renewal, I had to laugh! (tax, price)

I received my vehicle renewal and noticed the price seemed much higher than last year. When I looked it up it said on Sept 1st there were new fee's established by the Florida Legislature. I had to call my sister and friends to read the new fee's to them. My sister started laughing at the first fee.
It reminds me if my sister calling the phone company to ask them to explain her high bill. "What is this Universal Connectivity Fee?" "I don't want universal connectivity." Need less to say she still got it

I wonder if we will have to pay a Federal Retro Reflective Material fee
