Check out this pic. I have no clue what is going on. The extension cord is going to the smaller, shorter box. I thought the smaller shorter one was the telecom terminal ? But that is clearly an extension cord. If you follow the extension cord, it snakes through their front yard and into their backyard through their side fence. My neighbors are EXCELLENT neighbors....they would never steal electricity, but what is going on here ? Anyone know ?

Easy way to figure it out - call FPL. Are you sure it's electicity and not cable? :-) I couldn't see the print on the box.

no..its right at the edge of my property, but not technically on my lot. I thought it was cable too...but that is orange extension cord..

Looks just like the orange extension cord that Comcast "temporarily" placed outside my house three or four years ago. A few of my neighbors were also blessed.
Cheer up though. The bright orange eventually fades into sort of an orangey beige.

Looks like cable box to me... is this some sort of temporary hook-up you think or has it been like this for a while now?
