Im not exactly sure what is going on.... For some homes that are a little out of our price range, we may put in a offer for a little less, and maybe others are putting in offers for the listed price..

rental offers? Yeah, rentals have been in greater demand than previously due to more people putting off buying a home or those who lost a home who now need to rent. When once haggling a $100 off was the norm, it sounds like those days may be over.

Thanks Fauve and Stillthesame... The house we are renting is in the Pembroke Shores community. We will be zoned for Panther Run which I have heard really good things about.. Looking forward to getting moved down there!

Pembroke Shores is nice - you should be close to Chels and Panther Run is a good school. Be aggressive in working with the school ahead of time and getting an IEP for your child. If you want any tips or have any questions about the area or resources, feel free to dm me.
