We got lucky.......3/2 with a really nice L shaped pool on a canal about 15 minutes to the river in SE.Beautiful trees, mahogany, mango ,banana, adult cactus, palms of all kinds and nice shrubs.Paid 160k on a short sale and spent 25k for painting, additional landscaping and a new boat lift.So we're in for 185.....count us happy.

That sounds real nice Sam. But I was talking about having an big open water view and good gulf access. It is hard to find.

It is amazing what a person will pay for the view of the water. And when it is really pretty , it is the same color as the sky which we all can look at for free.

Not impossible,two........a fixer upper might come up.When we bought our place it had been vacant for several years but all the major stuff was good.Plumbing, wiring AC/heat and pool pump were all ok.Just needed clean up, landscaping, paint and screen repair.....mostly cosmetic stuff.
