A martial arts school. I get to work for myself, not have to worry too much. Right now it's just going to be a small school part time. Then see how it grows.

until you started having problems with it spilling into your yard, parked in front of your house and or rodents hiding in the junk!

True. I mentioned in another post that I was looking at a house in Golden Gate Estates a while back and was turned off by the neighbor's yard. When I originally posted that about a year ago, I was criticized and called a snob. Snob? I lived in a mobile home park for several years and the yards were a lot nicer than in some unrestricted areas I've seen. Pride of ownership is the key to maintaining a nice neighborhood. Nobody would ever know I rent this house, although I admit my landlord takes care of the lawn. That's what worries me about all the investors buying homes in cities like Cape Coral. I hope homeowners who rent to tenants care as much about their properties as if their own families were living in the houses.

See I personally would not want some self appointed neighborhood informant, anywhere around my children at school.
That's just too scary.

And how to be a informant, usually what an individual does rubs of on the people around them. I would not want some one like that around my children.

Isn't that reaching a little you are comparing folks that may be abusing animals to people that own trailers. Reality check at table four
