Nope it's not it shows that traffic is down, from previous year less traffic less snowbirds. bad for business
Which translates in to no need for public transportation at the taxpayers expense.

I would think that the decline in traffic has more to do with the thousands who have left the area due to foreclosures and job losses.

That may be so the end effect is the same there are less people in SWFL spending and earning money.
Same effect on the economy, and there for with less people around you do not need taxpayer supported public transportation, there is no need for it.

Hmm looks like Lee county grew by 25% or more....

Good thing there was a "mass exodus" who knows what that number could have been

I can see building a better bus infrastructure along (bus lane or something) along the main corridors. Daniels, 41, College Pkwy, Colonial is a bear at rush hour times. Build parknride areas and promote commuter discounts.

Btw some posters can't the positive links as I'm on their "poo poo" list

i can easily see an overpass at the fowler - colonial intersection sometime in the near future.
