We are in the process of purchasing a second home and when that happens we will be down for a couple weeks to make it ours! While there I would love to go on a fishing trip, the problem is I would be going by myself as my wife will be curled up at the pool relaxing. Is there any charters that will allow a solo fisherman to join a charter with another group, if so do any of you have any recommendations?

Thank you!

This time of yea with the cooler water temps you would do just as well fishing either the causeway of sanibel, the pass between sanibel and captiva or along the beaches of sanbel, just walk along the beach til you find a nice quiet spot.

Thank you Kev, I'm thinking it will be much closer to April? I do like the thought of solo fishing without a boat though, I will have to do some research as to licensing and bringing fishing gear along. We probably will be driving down so I can bring it with, not sure yet?

Does the "Fish Monger" charter or are they strictly commercial?
