I personally do not sell defective drywall homes. Even if they have been rehabbed. There is no absolute cure.
Get a home inspection and if you care about your health and wallet, steer clear. JMO

I was just looking in gateway yesterday at a condo, baymont style in the last building build by lennar. Any body have any new comments?

Which "neighborhood"? Lennar built in a few areas in Gateway.

Nice development. Our friends bought a home there. We're a bit down Treeline Road at the Plantation. The area is technically in the Arborwood section, but Gateway, Arborwood and Miromar Lakes all share the same zip code.
