We are looking at the NW area very seriously, and see good opportunity for real estate, and like the idea of being out a little bit. We like to have a firepit and sit around with friends on a Friday or Saturday night, have a couple of beers, or a glass of wine and just enjoy the surroundings, I could easily see us living in the north.

I was thinking about contacting them myself when I move down. They sound like fun!

They are a blast! A couple of the nicest people you ever want to meet. They've lived in the nw section since 1998.

I'm loving the NW Cape. No other homes right on top of us, not much traffic and kinda has the suburb feel to it but still within a few miles of shopping.
