Hi
Is anyone familiar with Heritage Pointe condos, we are looking at possibly renting in here. I understand it's pretty close to the beach and has groc. stores etc. close by.

wondering if it's a nice condo complex for over 50 age group, how far from the beach, restaurants, shopping nearby?

Yes, it's a very friendly 50+ community.

You're only a few minutes to all of the things you listed.

Granted, getting to the beach could be a little longer during season (crossing the bridge.) But it won't be too bad if you go earlier in the day. Grab some breakfast, then take your spot on the sand.

You have Tanger outlets nearby for shopping.
Restaurants are a plenty too!
