I'm moving to Fort Myers, Flordia and can not seem to find what part of Fort Myers is the zip code 33912., 33908, 33907, 33916, and 33901 located. What part of Fort Myers is this, and is it safe for a single female?

Partial answer.

Can't say if it is safe or not, you've covered 90% of the fort myers area, it seems.

You've covered almost all of Fort Myers. You need to be more specific. Name a community (apartment, condo, house) and we can narrow it down for you. You also need to keep in mind that, if you need to commute to a job, Fort Myers covers a very large area. I'm not saying you can't commute from East Fort Myers to South Fort Myers, but it's quite a haul, especially in rush hour traffic.

if you search on this forum or just Google a few words, you'll find many discussions on this subject. Estero, which is just south of Fort Myers, is a nice choice, but I don't know why you are moving and if you need to be near a job, your price range, etc.

Im moving down there for a job. Its located on South Tamiami Trial Fort Myers, Fl 33912. Im looking for places as close as possible and these zip codes popped up within a 30 min. drive. I've had my eye on an apartment complex called Lost Tree Village (zip code 33908) as well as places that sound nice on Desoto Ave, Franklin street, First Street and Summerlin Rd. (zip code 33916). I have a few more streets in the 33916 zip code area but cant seem to find any reviews on them. However I found good reviews on Lost Tree Village apartments but would still like you alls opinion. Do anyone know of these two areas, and if they would be safe for a single female?

Nothing good happens in the 33916. Based on what you say look at 33908 and 33919. There may not be a lot of apts to rent but there are lots of privately owned condos. I've lived in S Ft Myers for 19 years. I know my way around. Feel free to pm for more info.
