I'm moving to the Cape Coral area from Michigan sometime in February. I have an application in at the Coral Village Apartments. Does anyone know anything about this place. Also are their any other nice apartments in Cape Coral that you know about. One bed, rent $550 to $650 is what I'm looking at. Thanks!!

Coral Village is not great by any means, that area is kind of run down, when your rent is that low, there's a reason for it. Cape Coral isn't loaded with traditional apartments. They have a ton of condos, duplexes, and quads. If you find something that is 2 bedrooms for under $800, I'd be very leery about it. There are some very nice condos in the $750-$900 range, but it really all depends on your budget. I personally would avoid Coral Village, but that's just my opinion.

According to Apartmentguide.com, this is a 55+ community - is that what you had in mind? If not, you may want to call the rental office and confirm this.

Thanks for the info. It's tough looking online cause every apartment is beautiful, peaceful, friendly, etc., until you read the reviews. Just so confusing.
