Does anyone know the area well enough to comment on A & W Bulb Road, in a gated community, or The Health Park Area?? Not interested in buying, just want to know any personal experience in that area. Looking at a rental house this weekend in Venitian. Also, what's up with Harlem Heights???

Thank you in advance

Harlem Heights is a disaster and pretty close to the area you are talking about although that particular community is very nice.

Venetian is actually pretty decent. I almost bought in there. (and I am picky) I think you will find the community is appealing. The crime is low (for Ft Myers and vicinity) and people have "pride in Ownership" for the most part. You should be able to rent a 2 bed 2 bath in that neighborhood for around 800 - 1000, depending on on how renovated and nice it is inside. Good luck!
