What things do you enjoy doing with your kids in the cape? Fun things and places, but also are there enough activities available (theatre class, ballet, art and music lessons, karate etc) for kids in Cape Coral. Thinking of moving there in the near future. Work is not an issue for us. I will have plenty of time for school and to find work while living there when we do move but I am worried that there won't be the above things available for my kids if I move to this area. So just would like to know the activities you have your kids in and where they are available along with the fun stuff you enjoy doing with your kids. Thanks!

I'm not sure If Cape Coral is a great place for the arts. Maybe I'm wrong, my kids are into other things, so I can't say..but there are plenty of activities to keep them busy around here.

Hi there,

Start here:

City of Cape Coral > Government > Parks & Recreation > Parks & Facilities > City Parks Map > Cultural Park

Then go here:

City Parks Map

How about here:

https://www.google.com/search?q=cape...&client=safari

Events > Childrens Activities > Ft Myers, FL > News Press

Kid friendly Activities for Cape Coral, FL kids - Trekaroo

Finally:

Things to do in Cape Coral with kids - FL on FAMILYdaysOUT.com - Fun places to visit for children

Just a couple of web searches and you have at least a months worth of stuff to do.

We have lived here 12 years now. Our kids are 21, 19 & 18. We have done most of the stuff listed. Some of it, like Zoomers, is new.

Cape Coral is a good and quiet place to raise kids.

Good luck to you and your family.
