Your realtor should have a list of all of the utility companies along with their addresses and phone numbers.

Hi tomdeb,

If you have access to the Internet, you can open an account for Cape Coral water and sewer online here -
City of Cape Coral > Government > Financial Services > Customer Billing Services Division > Customer Service

To schedule a turn-on date for your electric with LCEC, you can call 239-656-2300 or 800-599-2356, or do it online here -
https://lcec.net/my-home/electric-service

Best of luck with your move - welcome to Cape Coral!

Depending on your credit history plan on a 100 to 300 plus deposit for LCEC. You will get this back after 1 year of on-time payments.

I forget if there was a deposit for water.
