Every time I drive by there I wonder why they never had someone proofread their sign for spelling errors. Surely it's supposed to be "corral"?

Unless the intention is Pet Coral as it is to Cape Coral.

I thought it was a play on "Cape Coral," too.

It makes so little sense to me, I am unlikely to patronize the establishment before even considering the drowning.
