Hi thank you all for your help on my previous questions.

My brother and I are going to be looking for townhome rentals or apartment rentals either in ft. Myers or cape coral. We pay 1600.00/ mo here in Mn. I also have a beagle.
Could you give me some ideas, names of rental communities that are nice and safe? We are looking to move there so it would be year around.

Also. We both work part time jobs at Menards and Target - are there jobs like this available for permanant employment? I've read jobs are hard to come buy- is this really the case? We are both in our 50's and really don't want to deal with yard work.

Thank you so much for your help!!! I really appreciate it

If you both work Menards and Target, have you checked their hiring policy? Do they give preference to employees who are relocating? Most hiring is done online these days, you can apply from wherever and see if you get any interest.

How the heck can you afford $1600 a month for rent if you work part time at Target?
