Does any one know of a mobile home communities in Fort Myers area that do not require a back ground check? I see most 55 and over do require a back ground check.

I don't think Suncoast Estates is a good place to relocate. That's where our car ended up after it was stolen. It was recovered and not damaged thankfully

Not sure why any upstanding citizen would be comfortable living in the close confines of a trailer park without having neighbors vetted through a background check. Let's face it - due to our agreeable climate, Florida is well known for attracting both the fortunate and criminal elements of society. That's why gated communities are so big down here.

It's a dump for sure...I wouldn't drive thru there, much less live there, but that's where you live when you can't pass a credit/background check. duh!
