Watching tonight's news about the utilities expansion , digging up the roads and putting in sewers are cracking the outside stucco and cracking tiles , concrete and ceilings.

There is a multiple law suit being filed for the damages to their homes.

It seems the city or construction companies do not want to take responsibility at all for the damages.

This is what is posted on NBC news site.
