Forgot to mention that I sat next to a lady that lives in Lehigh and actually pretty close to the property. She said her and the hubby really haven't had any problems but some areas are good and some are bad.

Why do people get so offended when another person answers a question honestly. if you don't like the opinions of the people you asked in the first place, then why ask?

Lehigh has yet to live up to the potential it could have been. There was never enough planning for the ideal suburban paradise. The land scam set up years and years ago still allows the undeveloped properties to put a shadow on the properties that have been developed. Add in the recession where a ton of people lost everything and the values plummeted. Plummeting values allow either undesirables to take up residence or investors who rent out to undesirables. Along with empty lots, blight, criminals, pot growers... It hurts the " good people" who do have nice places. It isn't that I wouldn't want to love near or next to the ones in Lehigh who have pride in ownership and are law advising citizens. It is the area, in general, that gives me pause in consideration of safety and home value. After all the money I invest is just that, an investment. No one wants to loose money.
