Can anyone tell me anything about this complex? Do any condos in there built in 2004 have Chinese drywall. Is it financially stable?

Hi, barb. We lived at Bellamar for 18 months, but as tenants. I don't have any financial info that would be helpful to a prospective buyer...if that is indeed your interest.

You mention 2004... I was not aware any of the buildings were that new...but I suppose the garage units might be.

No firsthand info about drywall, but we definitely experienced respiratory issues during our last six months there. Both is us went through numerous cycles of antibiotics and prednisone, with no relief. (Once we moved, the bronchial infection disappeared almost immediately.) In all fairness, the problems may well have been confined to our unit, since we learned too late that the clothes dryer was not properly vented.

I hope you receive more helpful and specific replies than mine !
