We are moving in during Feb and we need water and Electric but have no idea who provides it and how to find out.

Is there a web site that offers this info?

If in Cape Coral the electric is LCEC and water is through the city. Unless you are in some areas as in NW cape water is well.

Depends on where in the Cape you live. Do you have a well? If so, then you do nothing. If not, you contact the city and ask about opening an account.

If you bought the house, whoever sold it to you should provide you with the information. If you are renting, your landlord should tell you.
