Nothing attractive about Colorado. No reason at all to come here, stay right where you are.

If we move out of Florida in the future it will probably be north or South Carolina though even still not 100% on board for that either. Never had any interest in Colorado and haven’t met anyone who wanted to move there. I have met one family who moved from Colorado to Fl a couple years ago though.

Denver is also known as Menver. The men outnumber the women in most neighborhoods. Boulder is even worse. The "pros" are the Rocky Mountains and related sports like skiing, mountain climbing, mountain running, mountain biking, the "14ers", etc. It's great if you're young in the 20s and don't care about marriage and just want a good job and great year-round exercise outdoors. But if you are a guy in the lat 20s to 30s looking to settle down and need to "ramp up the dating odds" the I-4 corridor in Central FL is ideal with the many young coeds starting their careers after graduating from nearby UCF, USF, FSU, UF, etc. - many are beautiful. Just run the Disney races or go to a popular gym in the area and you will see what I mean - lol. It's a major difference from "Menver".

Here, Clint Eastwood's character depressingly throws a fight after losing his girlfriend in Denver - he gave up because he just didn't care anymore. That's "Menver" for a lot of men - lol.

By contrast, I had fun meeting women at the "Leach" at FSU - lol. They know what I mean.

I have heard this as well. Many Northeasterners move to FL, can't take the heat and humidity and move half-way back, hence the term 'halfbacks'.

Most of the people living in Florida were not were not born there or are short times / halfbacks and if they want to move to colorado then go for it , beats me why other then to go there on a couple hunting trips years togo I have no interest in living there many florida born on FL moved to more rural parts of Florida depending on age and tolerance to the heat or to north Georga & western NC . I picked western NC as I vacationed here over the years and have built more homes for short timers / halfbacks than any one else .

Looking at mountains can get really boring. They just sit there day after day after day.. plus I HATE THE COLD WEATHER!!

"Snow fall down in August" I am willing to bet OP has never left Florida and doesn't understand how seasons work, even in Colorado.

I grew up in Florida and I always wanted seasons. I ended up moving to Minnesota, so go figure. Best part though is that I'm not surrounded by Floridians!
