Possibly relocating from New York City to Coral Springs. What is the average water bill (municipal) if you have a pool and a family of 4. Also average homeowners insurance on a 400K house (with hurricane insurance).

Any advice / info appreciated.

Thanks!

Wrong area. Coral Springs is on the other side of the state from here.

Cape Coral you mean? Otherwise, Coral Springs is in Broward county in SE FL.

If Coral Springs - insurance on a $400k house with no impact windows is probably $3k/year, maybe $3500. Water bill is $100+/month.

If Cape Coral, probably $2500-$3000/year for insurance. Water bill about the same..

No one here can give you an estimate of what your water bill is going to be. Water is based on usage no one knows how many gallons a day you’re going to use.

Actually, someone could post the base costs of having a water bill with the cost of water per gallon and OP can use his own math and current water usage to figure out a estimate. We have no idea as to OP's current water usage and pool evaporation can be roughly estimated by the size of the pool.

If they are burning through 5000 gallons a month, just plug that number into water cost here.
