We moved to NE Pennsylvania. We decided that we wanted to be back near our families and we were tired of all the nonsense that goes on in Florida.

We moved to NH because we wanted to experience season changes and cheaper living.. Moving back to Fla in 10 days... Its way more expensive, there is way more BS that goes on in smaller town, and the snow and cold and dreariness of the NE is terrible. I'll only come back to visit.. If that.

I would move to the upstate of South Carolina. Season change with very little snow. Can get to the beach (east)or ski (west). Cost far less then Florida in the long run.

I like the DC area or Birmingham, Alabama. I'd probably only leave the state if I got accepted into a really good grad school or law school.

All our family lives in the NE & midwest and that is WAY more valuable & important than weather. My children see their cousins, aunts, uncles, and grandparents on a regular basis.
If I was single or we had no kids, San Diego hands down in a heartbeat. We love it there....beautiful area of the country.

Both places had me in absolute awe when I visited them.

If I were to leave Florida it would have to be a state with warm weather no cold, it would be Houston TX or LA my first choice would be LA.

I agree. Big deal that there's warm/HOT weather... and sunshine. It can get boring day after day. Being where your family is means alot.
